Amba hails from Perth Western Australia and graduated from Patrick School of the Arts in Melbourne. During her full time training she was cast in Michael Boyd’s Cabaret De Paris as well as The Ultimate Vegas Show. Prior to graduating, Amba landed her first professional Music Theatre role in West Side Story touring Australia, Germany and New Zealand. She returned to the stage with the cast of West Side Story in 2021 debuting one of her cover roles Anita, followed by The Australian Ballet and GWB’s co-production of An American in Paris. She is now currently touring in The Australian tour of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast.
Amba has had the opportunity to work with The Squared Division, performing at the ICC Women’s World Cup alongside Katy Perry. She is a qualified Pilates instructor and has been working with the tertiary students at Patrick School of the Arts.
