Hailing from Sydney, Daniel trained at The McDonald College of Performing Arts.

His theatrical credits include the Australian and International tour of Beetlejuice (Michael Cassel Group), where he covered and performed the roles of Beetlejuice, Maxie Dean and Otho, Standby for both ‘Bud’ and ‘Doug’ in Gutenberg! The Musical! (Hayes Theatre), Swing/Fight Captain in Jesus Christ Superstar (Crossroads Live), ‘William Barfée’ in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (September Remedy Productions), ‘Simeon’ in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (TML), ‘Dewey Finn’ in School Of Rock (SCS) at Qudos Bank Arena, and the Dewey Finn cover on the International tour of School Of Rock (Crossroads Live), ‘Frankie Valli’ in Jersey Boys (Dodger Theatricals), ‘Michael Wormwood’ in Matilda The Musical (RSC; Louise Withers and Associates)‘David Van Patten’ in American Psycho (BB Arts)‘Sonny’ in Grease (GFO), The Tap Pack (Tap Pack Productions), ‘Paul’ in Kiss Me Kate (Brave Touch Productions)and High School Musical: Live On Stage (Disney Theatricals). He also assisted Tony nominated choreographer, Kelly Devine, on the world premiere production of Doctor Zhivago (GFO).

Daniel has appeared in Australian television series’ Puberty Blues, A Place To Call Home and Comedy Inc., as well as making the ‘Top 24’ in the 2009 season of Australian Idol. He also made an appearance with Tim Minchin for the opening number of the 2020 British Academy of Film and Television Arts awards show.

He’s also been featured in advertisement campaigns for Coles, Aussie Home Loans, Samsung, Bottle-O and Suntory.

Most recently, he has originated the role of ‘Aella’ in new Australian kids music group The Golden 5, with their music currently streaming on all music platforms.
