Ryan Ophel is a versatile performer who graduated from ED5 International in 2017.
He was delighted to make his professional debut in Aladdin (Disney Theatrical Productions) in 2018, before joining the cast of Opera Australia’s Don Quichotte, Rigoletto, Don Giovanni and LaTraviata. Ryan was cast as Greg in A Chorus Line (Darlinghurst Theatre Company) performing at both the Sydney Opera House and Riverside Theatres. He was also honoured to be included in the workshop and world premiere of Amy Campbell’s national tour of LEAP (Neil Gooding Productions).
Ryan has appeared in television shows such as Australia’s Got Talent (Fremantle Media), The Voice (Shine Endemol) and Carols in the Domain (Channel7), performing with artists such as Delta Goodrem and Paulini. He was a featured dancer in the production Reflections (Primal Dance Company) and is a regular teacher at Sydney Dance Company.
Most recently, Ryan joined Australia’s own The Tap Pack touring Germany, as well as Frozen the Musical in Singapore and the Australian tour of Beauty and the Beast (Disney Theatrical Productions).
